We have a couple of GalwaySPCA events on the horizon that could really do with your support as many people are busy with Communions etc., at this time of year.

19th-20th May 2012: We are at the Pet NCT on Saturday and Sunday in Petworld, Galway this weekend. There will be vets and trainers and various different suppliers dealing with the public. Thank you to Ger Rooney, the manager, who has very kindly offered us the space.

19th May 2012: The annual bucket collection is on this Saturday in Shop Street from 10am to 6pm. At least 10 more volunteers are needed for this fundraiser. Buckets and Hi Viz jackets will be supplied, wear black if possible. Get in touch with Geraldine if you can help or join the facebook event.

Volunteer positions are available at our Galway city office on Augustine Street. If you have office skills and can give half a day please contact galwayspca@gmail.com. It is a busy office, open Monday to Saturday, so you will never be bored. You also need to be animal friendly.
